Everything looks fine.
You're not sure why
it doesn't feel
that way.

Something underneath isn't working anymore — and you're tired of not being able to name it. That's exactly where we start.

The Work

What Pushes You
Is Pointing at Something.

A relationship's friction. A body that won't cooperate. A life that keeps handing you the same problem in a different outfit. These aren't problems to fix — they're signals. Every trigger, every pattern, every moment of quiet frustration is pointing at something underneath that's ready to change.

This is coaching for high-achievers and anyone who's spent their life racing to fix, control, or perfect what's on the outside — and senses there's more going on beneath the surface. Not to fix themselves. To trace the thread back through their patterns, their reactions, their oldest stories — to the place where something false was decided. That's where real change lives.

How It Works

A 12-Week Container, Not a Checklist

This isn't three tidy stages you move through in order. It's twelve weeks to actually get underneath the pattern — long enough for racing to quiet down and raising to take its place.

The Story

There's a pattern that keeps repeating — a reaction bigger than the moment, a decision you keep re-making without meaning to. We get curious about where it started instead of managing it in the moment it shows up.

The Lesson

The pattern was never the problem. It was communication — something trying to protect you from a version of pain it thinks is still happening. Once you can see what it's been trying to teach you, you stop needing it to run the show.

The New Story

Raising isn't a technique you perform under pressure. It's what's left once the old story stops running you — in the hard conversation, the triggering silence, the ordinary Tuesday. Not managed. Rewritten.

Group Coaching is coming soon, in the same 12-week container — done together instead of one-on-one.

A 12-Week 1:1 Coaching Container

Racing is the hustle — proving, performing, still running on conditioning that got you here but won't get you where you're actually going. Raising is quieter. It's tending to what's underneath: the story you wrote a long time ago to protect yourself, and have been living inside of ever since.

We go straight to where that story started — the beliefs still running your relationships, your work, your sense of who you are. Not to relive it. To finally write past it.

1:1 Coaching is offered as a 12-week commitment, giving us the time to get to the root of what's really going on and build change that lasts.

You Don't Have to Do This Alone

Group offerings are coming soon — spaces where the work happens not just one-on-one, but together. Where hearing someone else's story helps you understand your own, and yours does the same for them.

Where We Start

You Can Feel Joy.

The first words my teacher ever said to me. I believed her. Everything changed.

You're not broken. You're running an old signal — one you learned so early you forgot it wasn't yours. The restlessness, the anger, the distance... why do I feel this way when everything says I shouldn't? Why do I keep racing to fix, control, or perfect what's outside me? Why does nothing ever feel quite right?

It's not the thing you're racing toward. It's the signal — and that's where we start.

About Heather

I Didn't Come Here
Looking for Transformation.

I came looking for a podium. For over a decade I competed as a professional mountain bike athlete — racing at World Cup level, winning national championships, finishing 6th at a World Championship, and coming within one spot of two Olympic teams. In that pursuit I found meditation, visualization, and the practice of turning inward.

I didn't expect what came next. The stillness cracked something open. Beneath the titles, the travel, the life that looked extraordinary from the outside — I found anger I couldn't explain, relationships I was quietly destroying, and a belief I'd been running on since childhood: I can't do it right. Everything I'd achieved was built on proving that belief wrong. It never worked.

What followed was years of work with a spiritual teacher, daily meditation, and a willingness to go to the places I'd spent a lifetime avoiding. I emerged not fixed — but free. Free enough to help others find the same.

I'm a certified Conscious Parenting Coach trained under Dr. Shefali and a Next Level Human Architect in training — which is a fancy way of saying I've put in the real work to help people change at the root, not just the surface. I live and work in Maui, Hawaii — coaching online and in person.

But more than any credential: I know what it feels like to look fine on the outside while something inside is quietly coming undone. And I know the way through.

Something Brought
You Here.

Maybe you can't fully name it yet — just a feeling that the way you've been operating isn't working anymore. That the anger, the distance, the restlessness, the exhaustion... isn't really about what you think it's about.

It rarely is.

What we do together isn't about fixing you. You aren't broken. It's about tracing the thread — back through your patterns, your reactions, your oldest stories — to the place where a younger version of you decided something was true. And then asking: is it?

That's where everything changes.
